Robbie Williams doesn't know Loose Women is live and forced off set in blunder

Robbie Williams made a massive blunder during a hilarious appearance on today's Loose Women.

The Let Me Entertain You singer was left red-faced after walking onto the set while the cameras were rolling at the wrong moment.

Robbie was supposed to come on at 12.55pm - but he must have missed the memo as he went over to see wife Ayda Field on the panel.

The presenters turned round to tell Robbie to get off - with Kaye Adams telling him: "You're not on yet."

Turning around in horror, confused Robbie said: "This isn't live is it? We've started?"

As he walked off, the apologetic former Take That singer added: "I just wanted to see my wife. Sorry, carry on everyone."

Giggling Ayda definitely saw the funny side and shouted out: "I love you baby. I'll see you in a bit."

Nadia Sawalha then revealed that someone backstage was in the process of walking on with a stool then walked back.

When it was actually time for Robbie to come on, Ayda couldn't resist having a cheeky dig.

Robbie explained that he thought the loose ladies were doing their preview link to Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby on This Morning.

He said: "I thought you were speaking to Phillip and Holly. And then people were worried. I was like you cannot stop me from seeing my wife. Soz everybody."

Later on, Robbie admitted that he always holds grudges and can never let go.

He said: "My make-up is I can’t let go of a grudge. You have to let it go. I don't know when that's going to happen to me. I know thats hypocritical. I've got a grudge about you having no grudges."

Ayda added: "I'm not grudgy at all. There wouldn't be room for two grudges in the relationship. Let it go"

*Loose Women airs weekdays on ITV at 12.30pm
