Robbie Williams announces one-off Christmas show at Wembley Arena: How to get tickets

Robbie Williams has announced a one-off Christmas show at the SSE Wembley Arena.

The former Take That singer — who recently announced details of his first ever festive album, The Christmas Present — will perform at the venue on December 16.

The album, set for release on November 22, will feature guest appearances from Rod Stewart, Bryan Adams and Jamie Cullum — as well as heavyweight boxer Tyson Fury, who lends vocals to the song Bad Sharon.

It will see Williams putting his own spin on a number of yuletide classics, from Merry Xmas Everybody to Winter Wonderland. There will also be a number of original songs spread across the two-disc release, with titles including Yeah! It’s Christmas and Let’s Not Go Shopping.

Williams said: “I’m beyond excited to announce my first ever Christmas album.

“I’ve done a lot in my career and releasing this record is another dream come true.

“Making this album has been so much fun and I can’t wait for you all to hear it.”

This show at Wembley will be Williams’ first gig in the capital since he appeared as a headliner at British Summer Time at Hyde Park last summer. Read our full four-star review here.
