Rob Kearney's fiancee Jess Redden says pair are on the hunt for ideal wedding venue

Rugby hero Rob Kearney’s fiancee Jess Redden has said they are on the hunt for the perfect wedding venue.

The 26-year-old, who is studying to be a pharmacist, has been checking out some of Ireland’s top hotels.

And the Instagram influencer disclosed she has already said “Yes” to the dress.

Jess told the Sunday Independent’s Life magazine: “When you know you know.

“I tried it on and my dad told me, ‘That’s it, that’s the one, you’re not trying on another dress’.

“I had no make-up on and my hair was in a greasy bun.

“If I could fall in love with the dress like that, then you know it’s the one.”

Rob and Jess got engaged on a romantic New Year’s Eve break in New York and Jess said: “It was so lovely to be in your own bubble being away.”

The couple had a huge bash for friends when they flew home in the Bridge Pub in Ballsbridge part-owned by Rob with his brother Dave and fellow rugby players Sean O’Brien and Jamie Heaslip.

Jess said: “I had such a comedown the day after the engagement party at home, I can’t imagine what it’s going to be like after the wedding.”

Among the well-wishers were her fellow rugby “Wags” and Jess revealed they all get on, with no Coleen Rooney and Rebekah Vardy-style feuds.

She said: “God no. All of the girls are so lovely and everyone gets on so well.”

Despite having amassed a social media audience for tips on health, fitness and beauty, Dubliner Jess plans to work as a pharmacist when she gradautes from the Royal College of Surgeons.
