Rob Gronkowski stunned his ex-teammates by denting Lombardi Trophy with a baseball

Rob Gronkowski is no longer a member of the New England Patriots, as he retired last month, though he did leave a lasting impression on the franchise… as well as it’s sixth Lombardi Trophy.

In a funny video produced by the team, we get to see how Gronk shocked his former teammates before their celebration at the Red Sox’s home opener last week.

Gronk held the Lombardi Trophy in his hands like it was a baseball bat and asked Julian Edelman to throw a pitch with a baseball. The ball left a huge dent in the trophy. You gotta see this:

Classic Gronk. What a way to go out.
