Nottingham's Emily Campbell has made Olympic history after her incredible weightlifting performance in Tokyo secured a silver medal for Great Britain.
Emily put Nottingham on the Olympics 2020 map after she became the first British female weightlifter to win an Olympic medal, claiming +87kg silver.
The 27-year-old, of Bulwell, lifted a total of 283kg as China's Li Wenwen won gold with a new Olympic record of 320kg.
She was making her Olympic debut in Tokyo and was fourth after the snatch but moved on to the podium with successive clean and jerk lifts of 156kg and 161kg.
In the run up to Tokyo, she featured with comedians Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan in the latest series of Sky's Rob and Romesh vs Team GB.
During the show the two tried their hand at weightlifting, hockey and slalom canoe to see if they too could be part of Team GB and part of that featured working with Emily Campbell.
It's safe to say they weren't medal contenders, but fortunately Emily brought home the prize.
Following her brilliant performance a sharp-eyed viewer tweeted Rob Beckett: "@robbeckettcomic tweeted yesterday about his & @RomeshRanga coaching influence through #RobRomVs, well the guys have the magic touch #gold for @maxwhitlock1 #silver for #RobRomVs with Emily Campbell #weighlifting If you were a country you’d be equal with Poland on the medal table."
To which Rob Beckett quickly replied: "Finally me and @RomeshRanga are getting some respect"
We can't wait to see what other medals the comedians help bring home for Team GB...
