Two roads have been closed by police after a motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash.
Police have sealed off roads in the Field Lane and Lansdown Close area of Chilwell while investigations continue into the collision, which took place at around 2.40pm on Monday (May 31).
There is expected to be traffic disruption while emergency services work at the scene.
The rider has been taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Sergeant Craig Luckett, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “We are working hard to understand exactly what happened. If you witnessed this incident or saw a motorcycle travelling in the Field Lane area immediately before the collision please call us on 101, quoting incident 423 of 31 May 2021.
"We’d also like to hear from any drivers who may have recorded dash-cam footage or any local residents who may have CCTV footage which could help us with our investigation."
