Road near Bristol Airport will be shut overnight next week

West Lane in Felton will be closed for a night next week and airport passengers have been urged to check before they travel to the airport.

NS Travel and Roads tweeted the following about the road closure: "ADVANCED WARNING West Lane, #Felton will be closed on Monday 6 January for 1 night, from 20:00 to 06:00. Be aware if you are travelling to and from #BristolAirport."

West Lane is an important small road connecting to the A38 and many airport passengers rely on the connection to access the airport.

Whilst the road will only be closed overnight, passengers catching late flights on Monday evening and early flights on Tuesday evening are advised to check before they travel and leave plenty of time to get to the airport.
