A road in Stockport has been closed tonight after a 'serious' crash.
Garners Lane in Adswood has been shut by emergency services following the collision, which happened just before 10pm.
The road has been shut both ways between Arnfield Road and Rostherne Road.
Drivers have been warned to avoid the area tonight.
In a tweet, Transport for Greater Manchester posted: "Garners Lane, Stockport is closed in both directions between Arnfield Road and Rostherne Road.
"This is due to an RTC. If you're heading this way, please seek an alternative route."
Police officers and paramedics are reported to be at the scene tonight. Pictures show a number of police cars with a cordon across the road.
