Road in Newmains closed for surface patching work for five days

A road in Newmains will be closed for patching work from Wednesday, December 4 for five days.

The closure affects Eastwood Drive and will be from its junctions with the A73 Westwood Road and Northwood Drive.

Diversions will be in place during the work and drivers should take alternative routes via Eastwood Drive and Westwood Road travelling in both directions.

The repair work on the road surface is expected to last five days and due to be completed by Sunday, December 8.
