Part of a road in Gedling will be closed over the weekend while 'essential' water works are conducted.
A section of Arnold Lane, near the Sainsbury's Local store, will be closed from 7.30am on Saturday, March 23 until 8pm on Sunday.
Severn Trent said the work will help maintain a reliable water supply for customers in the area, and reiterated access to the Sainsbury's store will be sustained throughout the duration of the works.
Some bus services will be affected, including Red 44.
This service will use Westdale Lane, Holyoake Road and Shelford Road towards Gedling.
Services at the Wollaton Avenue terminus will depart as normal until they reach the end of Besecar Avenue.
They will turn left onto Arnold Lane, left onto Shelford Road, onto Holyoake Road and Westdale Lane and rejoin the route at Gedling Road.
The stops labelled Besecar Avenue, Newton Road and Turpin Avenue will be served by buses that are travelling into the city centre.
A Severn Trent spokeswoman added: "We’re carrying out some essential maintenance work on Arnold Lane this weekend, so we can help provide a reliable water supply for our customers.
"To do the work quickly, and safely, we will be closing a small section of the road.
"We’re really sorry if this causes any inconvenience, but we’ll be doing everything we can to complete our work, and get everything back to normal as soon as possible."
