A motorcyclist and pedestrian have been hospitalised following a serious crash on the A4 in Arnos Vale.
The collision happened just before 11.50pm yesterday evening (June 5) on Bath Road, near the ITV West Country studios and Burger King.
The road was closed until about 5am on Thursday (June 6) to allow emergency services to deal with the incident.
A witness reported seeing the road cordoned off with forensics officers at the scene at around 2.45am.
Both the rider and pedestrian suffered injuries and remain in hospital in a serious but stable condition.
Avon and Somerset Constabulary is now appealing for witnesses to come forward.
