River Island shoppers were wowed by a "gorgeous" top which was dubbed "so elegant" online.
Last week saw all non-essential retail stores including clothing and homeware stores, betting shops, electronics stores and more finally reopen their doors after months of closure under lockdown rules.
In Liverpool, crowds of shoppers were out, keen to step inside their favourite stores once again.

Retailers still continue to keep shoppers updated on product launches and new stock via social media, with a recent Instagram post by River Island causing much excitement online.
To its 2.4million followers, River Island shared a photo, originally posted by blogger Katie Penny, of its puff sleeve top complete with tie-back detailing.
Captioning the image, River Island quipped: "We've got your back."
The top proved a hit among shoppers, racking up more than 4,000 likes in a matter of hours.
