A free fun day in Wishaw's Belhaven Park proved a big success at the weekend.
Organised by the team at Rivals Gym, huge inflatables, boxing, and a DJ were among the attractions.
Scott Allan, owner of Rivals alongside his brother Sam, told Lanarkshire Live: “We really just want to give back to the community after what has been the hardest time for everyone.
“Everything was completely free and there were things there for kids of all ages.
“I brought a giant slide I have that is absolutely huge. I travelled down to Wales to pick it up. I’ve never seen anything like it.
"It is about 34 feet high and is so much fun to slide down. I'm sure everyone who had a shot loved it."
Scott added: “I also want to say a massive thanks to Inspired Events Ltd who pulled us out a hole this morning after we were let down with three castles.
“Who knows, we might make this a yearly thing."
With the day being such a success, Rivals are now looking forward to other upcoming events, including one in aid of Chris's House.
On Friday, September 3 the gym will hold a special fight night, which is already sold out. There is also a party night and fun run scheduled, with tickets and information for both here.
