The Houston Rockets (46-27) are currently in the 3rd seed in the Western Conference, which means if the NBA playoffs started today, they would face the 6th-seeded Utah Jazz (43-30).
The first round of the playoffs begins April 13.
If you recall, the Rockets and Jazz met in the semifinals of the 2018 playoffs, the Houston was able to dispose of the shorthanded team 4-1. Though the series wasn’t dramatic, it renewed the rivalry.
