Rita Ora speaks out on REPLACING Victoria Beckham on Spice Girls tour

Rita Ora has ruled out replacing Victoria Beckham on the Spice Girls reunion tour, joking that she “couldn’t fill her shoes”.

Geri Horner, Emma Bunton, Mel C and Mel B reunited ahead of a short summer 2019 tour.

But the foursome will be without pal Beckham who has decided to focus on her fashion empire, having hung up her microphone years ago.

Speculation has persisted about a mystery fifth member joining the girls on tour – but superfan Ora has ruled out donning a Union Jack dress.

The Anywhere singer told Australian radio presenters Stav, Abby and Matt: “Oh my god, I don't think the world would want that!

“There is only one Victoria Beckham and I don't think I would be able to fill her shoes.”

Ora, who performed Wannabe on Lip Sync Battle earlier this year, admitted that she has “already reserved her seats” for the comeback UK stadium tour next year.

Ora was in Australia for the ARIA Awards. She wowed in a purple tulle dress on the red carpet on Wednesday before slipping into a dazzling red number for the ceremony.

She had the ultimate fangirl moment on stage as she chatted with Keith Urban and hung out with his wife Nicole Kidman.

The singer, who performed at the ceremony, later wrote on Instagram: “Thank you @ariaawards for having me and my crew perform Let you Love me tonight and it making the top 5 straight away it’s so amazing to be here in Australia I never want to leave!

“Thank you to the whole team!! And @keithurban thank you for being the best Host tonight and having me present an award with you! You were amazing!! See you next year for the #PHOENIX Tour.”

Ora picked up three gongs at the Australian music industry awards, held in Sydney, celebrating her hits including latest track Let You Love Me.
