Rita Ora is gearing up for a big comeback. The 34-year-old singer has been releasing new music lately, including hits like “Heat” and “All Natural,” and now she’s confirmed that a full album and tour are on the way for 2026.
Speaking to a Melbourne radio station, the “Anywhere” hitmaker shared that she’s ready to return to music after focusing on acting and other creative projects in recent years. “There’s definitely an album coming,” she said, as reported by Yahoo UK.
Rita explained that she’s been putting her energy into the new record and plans to take it on the road. “I’m really focused on this record and I’m coming out to tour – I haven’t toured an album since 2018,” she said.
She reflected on how her career has evolved beyond music. “My career has been so interesting. I’ve done film, TV, so kind of outwards. In the new year, I’m going inwards – to clean up shop and lead with intention,” she said.

Fans in Australia and New Zealand have extra reason to be excited. Rita revealed that she’ll be touring both countries, which she now considers a home away from home since marrying New Zealand filmmaker Taika Waititi in 2022. “I’m 100 per cent going to tour Australia, then to New Zealand and then back again – it’s like my second home,” she said.
But that’s not all she’s been working on. Rita also announced plans for a documentary that’s been in the making for nearly a decade. “I’ve been filming myself for the past eight years and one day I’m going to have to use that footage,” she told The Sun on Sunday’s Bizarre column.
The film promises a behind-the-scenes look at her life on and off stage, filled with the chaos of show business. “I’ve had dressing rooms flooding, my outfit not arriving in time. Sometimes I’ve not had a make-up artist and I’ve had to hide under my sunglasses,” she said.
With a new album, an international tour, and a long-awaited documentary in the works, 2026 is shaping up to be one of Rita Ora’s biggest years yet.
