Having moved to the UK from Poland with very little working English, Katy has worked tirelessly to gain professional business skills and become fluent in English.
She has supported the executive leadership team of a rapidly growing organisation – when she joined there were only 12 employees, now there are more than 60.
Katy always goes above and beyond to produce reports and analysis that helps the team make better decisions.
All entries which meet the competition criteria are published and our judging panel select a shortlist of the top three for each category. Winners are announced at an awards ceremony in summer 2016.
