Emma has had an exceptional year as the owner of Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Winchmore Hill. Her phenomenal customer focus, meticulous attention to detail and five star approach to cat care has resulted in incredible business success. The business has increasing customer loyalty, rave reviews and recommendations from cat owners across the UK.
Emma offers a tailored approach to cat care, in her spacious boutique six suite cat hotel with thermostatically controlled bedroom suites and a safe garden and play area. She offers her customer’s peace of mind, knowing they can be away from their cat without having to worry about their wellbeing. Putting the customer and their cat at the heart of every decision has resulted in the very best in class service.
She oversees all customer interaction from the initial phone contact to checking their cats in and out of the hotel and playing with them on a daily basis. This way the customer is provided with a consistent high level of service and every detail is captured and acted on every time. The cats feel secure in her presence and are able to relax and enjoy the facilities, like they would at home. Based on her knowledge of the cat’s preferences and personality, she is able to provide a service similar to that which their owner would, ensuring they feel at home and relaxed in their new environment.
All entries which meet the competition criteria are published and our judging panel select a shortlist of the top three for each category. Winners are announced at an awards ceremony in summer 2016.
