Liam started with DJS in November 2011 as a telephone interviewer and his commitment and ability were immediately noticed. He was soon promoted to supervisor and led the international interviewing team within a year, a huge amount of responsibility for someone at the age of 21.
In 2013, Liam expressed a wish to develop his research career, and he joined our team of research executives mid-way through the same year.
In the last twelve months, Liam has made huge progress and is currently undertaking the MRS Advanced Certificate, a degree level qualification, on top of his full time role. His experience at the data collection phase of the market research process gives him a deep understanding of potential pitfalls and quick wins, and he has a solid grasp of the wider processes involved throughout all stages of any research project.
In the last year, Liam has learned to use this to his advantage, and is a methodical and proactive project manager, who’s been promoted twice. He has already worked on projects for a number of major international brands, including Ernst & Young, DuPont, Victrex and a leading supplier of medical devices. He recently travelled to Berlin for three days, single-handedly liaising with one of our largest clients in relation to a piece of complex qualitative research.
Liam’s hard-work and commitment make him a hugely important member of our team, and we expect him to continue to progress over the coming months and years.
