Having joined us as a graduate at the most junior level only four years ago, this year Jonathan Knight was appointed a seat on the management board and has been responsible for launching and leading an important new division of the business.
Jonathan initially joined to work in our board advisory arm and has worked closely with many of the country’s leading boards. The drive behind that work has always been to ensure that boards have access to the most strategic briefing materials; to enable them to have focused discussions in the boardroom and to ultimately make better decisions.
Early on, it became clear to Jonathan that many of the challenges faced by today’s boards, and by those who work to support them, could be overcome by harnessing the power of emerging technologies. Since then he has played a pivotal role in the company’s evolution, spearheading the creation of our technology arm.
Today, Jonathan leads our software services team. He has displayed impressive levels of entrepreneurial flair, fulfilling a wide range of roles to deliver our board reporting technology proposition. He has been instrumental in recruiting an entirely new skill set of computer scientists into the firm and has developed a customer service capability from scratch to ensure we can support our clients anytime, anywhere.
Jonathan is a highly respected colleague who has gone above and beyond the call of duty to make our new technology proposition a success. We are thrilled to call him a member of our team.
