Conner, who is 19, joined our company in January 2014 after being unemployed for over six months. As a technical company providing service management software to hundreds of companies we need to make sure that we provide first class support to our customers.
We were looking to recruit a bright, enthusiastic individual who could learn our system and add much needed resource to our support team. Conner joined the company in January and within a week or so it was already clear that would be a real asset to us. His capacity to take on information is impressive and he managed to learn how to use our system within two weeks - normally this takes at least three months.
He also used his own initiative and implemented a knowledge base to assist other new starters in his position as he knew we were looking to grow the team further. This has proved invaluable as we have recently taken on two apprentices and Conner has been instrumental in getting them up to speed.
He has a fantastic work ethic and is first to arrive at the office in the morning. Conner has been a real help to the support manager and is proving very popular with his colleagues and most importantly our customers. It’s great to see a young person with so much drive, maturity and enthusiasm. He has a great career ahead of himself at JobLogic.
