Claire joined our team in June 2013 as a junior sous chef but was quickly promoted to sous chef after three months and then head chef in April this year. At only 22, she is an absolute star in the kitchen.
There are so many challenges with running a kitchen, with over eight chefs to manage and over 120 orders for the highest quality food to be delivered daily, Claire never fails to be calm and in control and makes sure that her team are always happy.
Not to mention her sheer talent at creating delicious food, growing up in France taught her the basic skills of good quality, simple cooking using the finest quality ingredients, and she has brought her passion for food into our business in abundance. We are very lucky to have this rising star leading our kitchen team.
