Camilla joined We Got Pop only seven months ago as our first employee. Completely new to the world of film and casting, Camilla has dedicated herself to the company and our mission to change the world of extras casting. Camilla has worked days, nights and weekends to source and find the right face for every film, including Sherpas for the new Jake Gyllenhall movie, Everest; Japanese people for the new Sir Ian McKellen movie, Mr Holmes, as well as faces for another high-profile Hollywood movie.
Her creative thinking around where to source the right faces, her positive and affirming approach with our artists and her diligent follow-up has shown impressive dedication and produced outstanding results. In addition, Camilla has taken to the logistics and supporting elements of her role with diligence and extremely hard work. Her support has made it possible for us, the founders, to lift our eyes from the day-to-day demands of casting and look to developing and growing the business.
Throughout the seven months Camilla has been at We Got Pop, she has sharpened her casting eye to a point of excellence and honed her natural organisational abilities to perfection. As these are the required skills for casting, Camilla is already well on her way to being one of the best in the industry.
