We jokingly say that our developer Billy puts the “magic in our wand”, but we’re only half joking, as it’s 100% true. At Appointedd we have created a big box of business magic - tools that allow small businesses to take bookings online, manage their diaries, automate their marketing and get an overview of their business health.
As Appointedd’s lead developer, Billy Jones has been responsible for creating the software that our customers know and love. Billy was the sole techie in our team for over a year. During that time, he innovated on our appointment booking software to add lots of fab functionality that allows small businesses to manage their entire business online.
From online booking to marketing automation, our software can manage all aspects of a small business’s diary and business management. While we worked as a team to design the products and the functionality involved, it was Billy who took our dreams and turned them into a reality.
He also managed to skillfully navigate us through a period where he was the sole person in the office 90% of the time, as I was off trying to raise investment. This was a pivotal point in our journey, yet Billy managed to keep our customers happy and grow the functionality of our tools. In Team Appointedd we feel very lucky to have such a skilled tech superhero at our helm - it enables us to innovate and change our customer’s lives for the better.
