As a manager, he is exceptional. He has introduced new initiatives to support his growing team, which includes experienced and less experienced digital marketers. He has started a daily ‘huddle’ to ensure everyone has the opportunity to voice any concerns and share with the team what they’re doing that day. He regularly meets one-to-one with his team to track their progress and ensure they are thriving in their roles. On top of managing a team, Ben also manages a portfolio of clients to whom he provides digital marketing services to help their businesses to thrive online.
