Amelia joined The Paperchain Partnership in June 2013 as a sales administrator, supporting our small sales team. In August 2013 she was appointed to the role of business development manager due to the large number of accounts requiring account management support. Amelia has excelled within this role creating fantastic relationships with existing customers and selling them new product lines to cement our connection further.
She is an incredibly kind and considerate person, someone who is always concerned to offer the best to her customers and colleagues alike. Amelia is as warm-hearted as they come and believes in doing what she says she is going to do so those around her have confidence in her actions.
Her knowledge base about the office supplies industry has grown dramatically throughout the previous fourteen months at The Paperchain Partnership and she is now an authority within our business on many areas of supply including furniture supplies and promotional products. She has consistently achieved her targets throughout 2014 and has, within August 2014 alone, won accounts worth approximately 10% of The Paperchain Partnership’s annual income!
We have developed a highly demanding sales target for the sales team and Amelia has taken this challenge on with huge determination. Her results have been fantastic and the remainder of 2014 will see her as potentially the number one sales person in our business. She has been a breath of fresh air within our business, working tremendously hard with a smile on her face, supporting her colleagues wherever she can and demonstrating her value in her sales results and attitude.
