Rishi Kapoor has tragically passed away at the age of 67.
And a video of the Bollywood legend has emerged showing him just before he died in hospital.
In the heart-wrenching clip, Rishi is sung to by his doctor as he rests in his hospital bed and looks straight at the camera.
Shortly after the video was filmed he died in the hospital in the Indian city of Mumbai on Thursday, after being admitted with breathing problems.
He appears weak in the footage but manages to crack a smile and pat the head of the medic.
It was shared on Instagram by photographer Viral Bhayani.
He captioned the post: "One of the medical personnel made this video where #RishiKapoor gave out this beautiful message out to all of us.
"Rest in peace."
Viral finished the post with a praying emoji.
The comments section was full of fans paying their respects to Rishi.
One commented: "He was so lively and upbeat even after being in hospital! That's Rishi Kapoor for you right there. Will miss you sir."
"Bollywood will never be same again," another posted.
A third said: "May your soul rest in peace."
Rishi made his name in 1973 film Bobby, which was his first lead role.
He went on to play the romantic lead on dozens of Bollywood films over the next 20 years.
His passing was the second high profile Bollywood death in as many days after Life Of Pi and Slumdog Millionaire star Irrfan Khan, passed away aged 53.
