Rio Ferdinand namechecked Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Axel Tuanzebe and David de Gea as players that made errors during Everton's late equaliser against Manchester United.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer 's side dropped crucial points at home after conceding a 95th-minute goal from Dominic Calvert-Lewin to dent their title hopes.
Despite leading 2-0 and then later 3-2 against Everton, United failed to see the game out, with Calvert-Lewin converting from a free-kick with the last effort of the match.
In the post mortem, several Manchester United players have faced criticism, including captain Harry Maguire, who appeared to play the Everton attacker onside, and De Gea, who was timid in his efforts to close down Calvert-Lewin.
Reviewing the match, Ferdinand criticised Wan-Bissaka 's game management, whilst also pinpoint errors from Tuanzebe and De Gea.
"I remember when we had corners or set pieces from wide areas, or a long throw away at Stoke, Rory Delap, we were set up, we knew what was coming," Ferdinand told Vibe with Five.
"'Vida, you attack the ball, I'll attack the ball too' but your best header of the ball will find a way to get to the ball. John Terry used to do it for us (England), there are players that can do it, I see Harry Maguire as that player at Man United.
"You have to lead that team from the back and makes sure this type of thing doesn't happen. I was fuming before that free-kick, Aaron Wan-Bissaka has to learn about game management.
"You can't pass the ball inside loose like that, it's criminal, I'd have been going nuts and screaming in that changing room. Tuanzebe, a young player, just come on, gives away a needless free-kick as well. Then it's backs against the walls from there.
"Even then, you expect to defend it. It didn't happen, when the ball goes through to Dominic Calvert-Lewin, David has his hand in the air so early for an offside which is not the right thing. Do that after and go ask the ref what's going on. They didn't do that, ball is in the back of the net, dropped points."
