Former Tottenham star Jermaine Jenas and fellow pundit Rio Ferdinand disagree whether they would prefer to play for Jose Mourinho or Marcelo Bielsa.
The two experienced bosses are going head-to-head today with Tottenham taking on Leeds United in the Premier League's early kick-off in North London.
And much of the build-up to the game has been on the two managers and their vastly contrasting styles.
Bielsa employs a high-energy, expansive style of play, while Mourinho is famed for a more conservative approach, sometimes relying on counter-attacks but always relying on being defensively solid, first and foremost.
Ahead of the game, BT Sport pundits Ferdinand and Jenas were asked which of the two managers they would rather play for.
And Jenas quickly replied: "I wanna win something. With Jose, you know he is going to deliver titles at some point and within what Jose does there is a struggle but it's going to be worth it at the end.
"You just ask someone like Samuel Eto'o who got chucked out on the left-hand side for Inter Milan. He absolutely loves and adores manages like Jose Mourinho because he has won the treble at Inter.
"There is a lot of sacrifice and the players have seen that. We haven't seen Kane play so deep and players having to defend so hard but it could bring a title."
Ferdinand responded: "I think, in Italy, that style of football is respected as what Italian football clubs do. In England, I think it's different. If there were fans here, would they be as accepting, I don't think so.
"I think every game having to sit there and defending 1-0 scorelines and telling a box-to-box player 'no, you can't play like that', it's frustrating that players can't elaborate as much as they want to."
Jenas jumped back in saying: "People forget that Mourinho was with Mesut Ozil and Ronaldo at Real Madrid and creating. He has changed to adapt with the team he has and the team he took over were fragile defensively.
"But if I am winning every week and winning a Premier League title, I would be happy. I trained with you Rio, winning was everything. If you came off the pitch after losing, you were furious."
And Ferdinand responded to that claim, reasoning: "I think he is a fantastic managers and you can't do nothng but respect him but I think some of the players would feel subdued.
"Ask Nemanja Vidic, I would be coming off the pitch and I would be moaning if I hadn't touched the ball. He would say 'Rio, we won 2-0'. But I haven't enjoyed it and that's the way I was.
"Personally, that's how I feel."
