Ring of fire falls on man when he kicks it 'after pouring beer on women in street'

This is the moment an allegedly drunk man kicked a ring of fire onto himself after being accused of harassing women during a street show.

The unknown man reportedly threw beer over the women who were trying to watch a show in Leicester city centre on November 13, Leicester Live reports.

In the clip the audience can be heard cheering as the man speaks to two women in the crowd as they watch the street performer jump through the fire.

But clearly unimpressed, the man shouts "it's easy", before trying to move closer to two women who have asked him to move.

The man the appears to lash out, and seemingly splashes his can of drink over them.

But a lady in a red top will not be cowed so easily, and pulls the man to the ground by his top.

Others then rush to help the woman.

But disaster then strikes as he tries to attempt the dangerous stunt - proving just how hard it actually is.

Instead of gliding through the fire as the street performer did, the man just slams into it.

To make matter worse, the prop then comes crashing down on him, temporarily trapping him in the flames as people around him scream.

But their screams turn to cheers as the street performer - Liam Collins - grabs him and pulls him away from the scene, but carrying on with his act.

A source told the Sun : “You can understand why the showrunner would be annoyed with what is going on here.

“The drunk man just came over on a whim, and started kicking off at the women.

“She was just trying to defend herself and the other woman, to get away from him. The guy absolutely floored him after running into the ring."

No further information on the incident, or the fallout from it, is known.

However, in a statement, Leicestershire Police confirmed they had not received any reports from the scene.

"We were not called regarding that particular incident, however shortly before 6.30pm a call was received from a man stating he had been assaulted in Leicester city centre," a force spokesman said.

"Officers located the man and he was taken home."
