Rihanna says she wants to collaborate with Lizzo at Savage x Fenty show

Rihanna's Fenty x Savage lingerie show was entirely A-list - and while Rihanna didn't perform, she did model her line and reveal who her next musical collaboration might be with.

On the red carpet before her Fenty x Savage New York Fashion Week lingerie show Rihanna said she’d like to collaborate with Lizzo next.

“Gosh I love Lizzo. She’s so bad*ss,” Rihanna told Entertainment Tonight. “I would collaborate with her on the lights for this interview right now, like Lizzo is so badass.”

Rihanna went on to say that Lizzo represents “everything” that Savage stands for: “A confident woman, no matter what size, color, shape. Your attitude is what makes you savage. It’s the confidence that you have in yourself and it’s the confidence that you can give off to people who look like you and feel like you and those are the people that identify with the brand.”

Her Savage show was entirely inclusive, featuring multiple plus-size models.

Lizzo took to Twitter to respond to the news and proved she’s equally ready for a collaboration with the popstar, who has recently put music on the back-burner to focus on her fashion collection.

"I would sing the bass drum in a Rihanna fart just to make this collab happen" she wrote.

Perhaps Rihanna's next song will be with Lizzo by her side - they can share RiRi's bedazzled flask.
