Singer and business mogul Rihanna is one of the most recognisable faces in the world, plastered all over billboards for her award-winning albums, Fenty Beauty make-up empire and now her luxury fashion brand.
While Rihanna is clearly one of a kind, the Barbadian singer was recently taken aback when she discovered she has a young doppelganger online.
On Tuesday, Rihanna re-shared an image posted by Instagram user @iambriakay_ captioned “almost drop my phone. how?”
The picture was of the user’s young daughter who is the spitting image of Rihanna. Not even Rihanna’s own friends could believe it, as actress Priyanka Chopra commented “Wow?!” while Uzo Aduba added, “Legit WOW.”
RuPaul’s Drag Race star Miss Vanjie also commented, “I saved the photo! Das you mini!! So cute.”
Following the surge of interest in her daughter, the Instagram user shared her daughter’s profile which describes her as a kids model and clothes model. If the over 6.4 million users who have liked the picture on Rihanna’s account are anything to go by, we have a feeling she won’t be short of work moving forwards.
Rihanna’s Instagram doppelganger isn’t the only celebrity mini me - though most are closer to home.
Katie Holmes’ daughter Suri appeared to be a carbon copy of the Dawson’s Creek star after she was spotted with her mother walking back from a yoga session. Reese Witherspoon’s daughter Ava Philippe, who she had with former husband Ryan Philippe, regularly makes appearances with her mother on the red carpet.
Jurassic World's Bryce Dallas Howard also revealed recently that her father Ron Howard actually mistook actress Jessica Chastain for her. She told Entertainment Tonight, "Legit. Legit. And he was, like, shook."
"At first he was like, 'You really look so much alike.' And I mean, obviously, I'm incredibly flattered, so it's great. Although something is wrong when people stop mistaking me for her. I'll be like, 'Gotta get it together'," she continued.
