Right winger Gemma O'Doherty spotted hiding among Dublin religious protesters

Right wing protester Gemma O'Doherty has been out in Dublin city centre today among a crowd of religious gatherers.

The anti-lockdown and anti-COVID conspiracy theorist appeared quieter than usual and eager to blend with the crowd when she was spotted by Dublin Live on Grafton Street.

Holding a cross and saying prayers with other protesters she appeared to want to avoid the camera after months of anti-COVID rhetoric that saw her go all the way to the Four Courts.

Just two weeks ago, O'Doherty and John Waters had their appeal against a refusal to permit them to challenge the constitutionality of laws introduced in response to Covid-19 was dismissed.

The appeal of the High Court's decision was found to be "misconceived and entirely without merit".

Over the course of the pandemic O'Doherty has taken part in and organised numerous protests.

She has slammed the COVID-19 health regulations and restrictions and is anti-mask and anti-vaccine, saying that "masks spread germs" and calling for "no forced vaccines".

On many occasions she has also streamed live from protests and has been arrested by gardai who she called "gangsters" and "cowards and traitors to the Irish people".
