'Right up for it' - Nottingham Forest legend picks his team to face QPR

The injury picture is looking good for Nottingham Forest heading into the QPR game, but I would make as few changes as possible on Wednesday night.

Ryan Yates is banned for three games, so that's one change you have to make, meaning the return of Alfa Semedo is well timed perhaps.

Beyond that, I wouldn't be looking to shuffle things about. Yuri Ribeiro has to sit the game out, but even so, Sabri Lamouchi should have stuck with Jack Robinson at left-back.

He's a player I really like and he did well in the 0-0 draw  at Bristol City on Saturday. He'll put himself about and ruffle a few feathers.

Robinson isn't as attacking as Ribeiro, but coming up against the club he left to sign for Forest, you know he'll be right up for it.

Michael Dawson is fully fit again and as a veteran, he'll be desperate to play every game he can. He'll have to be a bit patient I reckon though as Tobiaas Figueiredo is doing well.

It's hard to argue with a clean sheet with 10 men at Bristol City.

Forest are suddenly stacked with centre-halves now Yohan Benalouane is fit again. They've also got Chema and Michael Hefele is floating around too.

For me, stick with those who are doing well and that's Joe Worrall and Figueiredo.

It won't be easy at QPR, they're a mid-table team who can really hurt you in attack, so having that settled defence is a good thing.

Carl Jenkinson is fit again, but with the form Matty Cash has been in, it would be really harsh to leave him out.

Kenny Burns was in conversation with Matt Davies.
