'Ridiculous talent!' - Chelsea fans spot what Kai Havertz has done after Germany goal and assist

Chelsea duo Timo Werner and Kai Havertz were both on the scoresheet in Germany's thrilling 3-3 draw against Switzerland on Tuesday evening.

Joachim Low's side surprisingly found themselves chasing the game after 26 minutes with Mario Gavranovic and Remo Freuler both putting the Swiss 2-0 up.

However, Werner - on his return to the starting XI - halved the deficit just before the half-hour mark with his third goal for club and country this season as he found the net with his weaker left-foot.

Havertz, who provided the assist for his Chelsea teammate, turned goalscorer 10 minutes into the second half to complete the turnaround as he picked up a loose ball before driving at the Swiss defence to fire into the bottom corner.

With that said, Germany still needed an injury-time equaliser from Serge Gnabry to rescue a point in their latest UEFA Nations League outing.

And while a number of Blues fans were delighted to see Werner get a goal, most of the focus has centred around Havertz's performance.

The club's record signing has caught the eye with three goals and an assist across all competitions so far this season, but his record since sealing his move to Chelsea in the summer transfer window is what sticks out.

As pointed out by @CFC_Allison on Twitter, Havertz's goal against Switzerland means he's now been involved in 10 goals for club and country so far in 2020/21.

It works out to be four goals and six assists across all competitions.

Whist one of the assists in question is up for debate (winning a penalty vs Crystal Palace) Havertz's performance and overall record in 2020 has prompted a big reaction on social media.

Take a look at what's been said on Twitter...

Havertz himself has admitted the best is yet to come from him after a tough start to life in England.

"It was difficult for me, especially because the Premier League is a completely different league," he told the Chelsea website. "It's more intense and I noticed that in the first few games.

"It has gone pretty well for me recently but I think there is also still a lot of potential upwards. I want to exploit that in the next few weeks and months."
