The Oscars were held last night in Los Angeles and if you watched along on TV you might have noticed the show didn’t have a host.
Ricky Gervais, the brilliant comedian and actor, noticed and had a little fun pointing out that he wasn’t there to play the role of host, which he has done before at the Golden Globes.
This year’s Oscars had a weird ending and an awkward sex callout during an acceptance speech.
What it didn’t have was a hilarious monologue like the one Gervais did at the Golden Globes last year.
He had a little fun sharing that Sunday night:
