Big update, Rick and Morty fans!
The beloved animated sci-fi comedy is returning earlier than previously thought, with the Adult Swim series having its release date brought forward by UK home Channel 4.
The Adult Swim series returned on US television on November 10, 2019, but UK fans have had to wait a little long, but thankfully, much less than we previously thought.
The five new episodes will air as the first half of the fourth season, but the second half is due in 2020.
So, when can we watch the new episodes of Rick and Morty on E4?
Rick and Morty season 4 UK release date
Rick and Morty season 4 will now air in the UK on E4 on November 20, 2019 at 10pm GMT.
The series was previously said to be returning in January 2020, so this is much earlier than we thought!
Previous episodes of Rick and Morty are available on Netflix UK , but new the episodes will be aired on Channel 4 and then become available on on its catch up service All 4.
Fans will require a TV license to stream or watch the episodes live on E4, but this is not required for catch up.
