Richarlison's Everton future clarified amid talk of Carlo Ancelotti reunion at Real Madrid

Everton's resolve over Richarlison is not expected to be tested by Real Madrid this summer.

Carlo Ancelotti's return to the Spanish giants earlier this week has raised the possibility of him raiding the Blues for the club's prized assets - including the Brazilian forward.

But, at this stage, Everton are not braced for offers from Real for the 24-year-old, who is due to play for his country in the Copa America later this month.

There is nothing stopping Ancelotti from asking Real to make moves for any of his former players at Goodison but the understanding is that Richarlison, and the rest of the Italian's favoured Everton players, are not on Real's radar at present.

Ancelotti made no secret of how highly he rates Richarlison but it is unclear how much influence the 61-year-old will have on Madrid's transfer policy.

Richarlison will, however, have admirers throughout Europe and Everton could yet field offers from elsewhere but the expectation, right now, is that Real will not be battling to sign him.

The £35m signing from Watford endured a frustrating season with injury and suspension effecting him during the first-half of the campaign.

And after back-to-back Premier League returns of 13 goals, Richarlison managed only seven.
