Richarlison posts Finch Farm update as Everton wait on injury return

Richarlison has posted an update of him going through individual training drills as he continues his recovery from injury.

The Brazil international has been one of a number of key players Everton have been without in the weeks leading up to the international break.

The 24-year-old was injured in a controversial challenge with James Tarkowski in the Blues' win over Burnley last month, picking up a knee issue which has ruled him out up until this point.

Having sat out of the recent international break, Richarlison has continued to work on his fitness at Finch Farm - and has now posted a short update to supporters on how he is getting on.

Taking to his Instagram story, with the video later being shared to Everton's official Portuguese-language Twitter account, the forward can be seen taking part in an individual drill in the club's training complex.

Richarlison shows quick passing while moving in-between a set of cones, returning the ball to the person behind the camera filming the video.

This follows an update from two weeks ago, with the Brazilian in the gym and showing off the pressure that he was putting on his previously injured knee.

Everton take on West Ham United on Sunday afternoon in their first match after the international break, with Rafa Benitez hoping to have updates on a number of other absent stars before that point.

Both Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Seamus Coleman were in individual sessions a little under two weeks ago, while Lucas Digne returned early from France duty with a muscle injury.

The left-back is set to be assessed ahead of this weekend's match, with Benitez likely to provide updates on all of his key players in his pre-match press conference later this week.
