Richarlison starts on the bench for today’s game with Watford as Rafa Benitez recalls Anthony Gordon.
Tom Davies also comes into the starting line-up as Everton begin a run of games without the injured Abdoulaye Doucoure.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin remains sidelined and the expectation had been that the fit again Richarlison would come straight back into the side to bolster the Blues attack.
But Benitez has opted to start the Brazilian on the bench.
Gordon comes in for Alex Iwobi, who endured a miserable afternoon against West Ham here last weekend.
Jordan Pickford is in goal and plays behind a back four of Seamus Coleman, Michael Keane, Ben Godfrey and Lucas Digne.

Davies will partner Allan in midfield with Gordon, Demarai Gray and Andros Townsend playing in support of Salomon Rondon.
