Richarlison edges closer to breaking Everton language barrier with first English Q&A

Richarlison is edging ever closer to breaking his current language barrier at Everton by performing his first ever Q&A in English.

The forward made the move to Goodison Park from Watford in the summer of 2018 and has been taking private lessons to learn his new language ever since his first steps in the Premier League with the Hornets.

Marco Silva has been clear he wants all of his players to communicate on the pitch in English, and recently called on both the Brazilian and teammate Yerry Mina to improve their knowledge of the language.

And Richarlison has clearly taken that on board and seems to be improving in confidence.

The 22-year-old was seen on one clip earlier this week ordering a pizza in English, and on Thursday he took to social media to invite questions he could answer in his new language.

The questions, of course, came in thick and fast - but Richarlison was determined to answer as many of them as best he could!

The topics ranged from simple questions asking his name and how old he is, up to who his favourite footballer is.

Everton's social media team even got involved to ask "What's our name?"!
