Richard Seymour selected to Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2022 class

After falling short for three straight years, Richard Seymour is finally on his way to Canton.

The legendary New England Patriots defensive lineman was selected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in the 2022 class. Seymour joined the likes of Tony Boselli, Cliff Branch, LeRoy Butler, Sam Mills, Bryant Young, Dick Vermeil and Art McNally in the class.

Seymour spent eight of his 12 seasons with the Patriots — earning five Pro Bowl honors and three First-Team All-Pro nods with the team. He played in four AFC Championship games and four Super Bowls and walked away with three Super Bowl victories. Seymour was a huge piece to begin the Patriots’ dynasty that stretched over two decades.

Here’s a few videos of the exciting moment.
