Richard Madeley will reportedly only present Good Morning Britain twice a week unless he wins I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!, which he is set to take part in this month.
The former This Morning anchor recently landed a £300,000 deal to permanently present the show after "hitting it off" with co-host Susanna Reid.
A source told The Sun : "He'll initially appear in the hot-seat twice a week, but if he's a huge success and becomes a fan favourite in the I'm A Celeb castle or he's crowned king, expect that to increase to three or four days.

The source added that Richard had always previously claimed he'd never do GMB full-time, but has had a change of heart after enjoying his time on the show.
However, a source close to GMB told MailOnline there are no set days for Richard.
They said: "He will continue as part of the guest presenting team and do a handful of days per month."
The Mirror has contacted Richard's reps for comment.
Richard is widely considered to be Piers Morgan's replacement on the ITV show, after the outspoken host quit after the Megan Markle debacle.
However Richard's rep has the denied claims.
The 65-year-old has frequently joined Susanna, 50, as a guest presenter on GMB, but responding to reports that he will be sitting in the seat permanently, his rep previously told the Mirror that Richard was still part of the current set-up as a revolving presenter on the show.
They said: "Richard is part of a revolving family of presenters and no plans to change that." They refused to comment on the permanent contract."
The Sun has claimed that ITV bosses do not want Richard to be billed as Piers' "official" replacement.
"They don’t want any big fuss or major announcement so as not to heap too much pressure on either Richard or Piers," an insider said.
"Obviously Piers is utterly unique and no one could like-for-like fill his size 12 shoes. Officially they are still casting around for another potential full-time team member - hopefully another star name - so as to give the show a fresh new feel in 2022."
As rumours continue to circulate regarding the host's debut in I'm A Celeb, Richard told GMB viewers on Wednesday: 'I've got places to go, people to see and things to eat... interesting things to eat, so I'll be back very shortly after Christmas. This is my last show for a while."
Susanna teased: "How do we say goodbye in Welsh? I don't know but I'm sure you'll find out in the next couple of weeks."
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV.
