Rich House Poor House mum emotional as millionaire couple 'change her life'

Rich House Poor House fans saw single mum Natalie get emotional in Sunday night's episode after she was given a "life-changing" career opportunity by a millionaire couple.

As well as being given the opportunity to pay off her debt, the young mother of one was offered paid-for courses for her dream profession, as well as assistance to make her career hopes a reality.

Natalie revealed her dream to earn more of an income to provide her daughter Ava the best life, whilst she aspired to open up her own nail business, reports the Mirror.

Determined to complete the necessary training, Natalie feared she couldn't make it happen due to the cost of the courses alongside the products she would need.

Natalie, who worked part-time at a petrol station whilst attempting to get her nail business up and running, opened up about the times when she and Ava had no money, and she was unable to pay her bills.

She also revealed she had taken out a loan for business-related items, but was now in debt to pay it back, with the interest increasing the monthly costs on a laptop she'd bought in a bid to get started.

The show gives viewers an insight into the life of two families from different sides of the wealth gap who swap houses and lives for a week, as well as budgets.

Natalie swapped lives with Dr Rashpal Singh and his wife Karen, who own a thriving cosmetic clinic.

The couple sympathised with Natalie and her business dreams, sharing that when they were growing up, they and their parents had very little.

The Singhs were also determined for their children to value what they had, despite their wealth.

As the week continued the Singhs shared their desire to help Natalie with her money problems, and they soon sought ways to help her dream become a reality.

After they discovered an idea of her weekly life, from her budget to her business plans, the couple sought advice from local nail art specialists before offering the single mother a life-changing opportunity.

When Natalie met the pair for the first time, after spending a week in their home, she was left emotional as they declared they'd cleared the debt she owed on her laptop.

They also wanted to help her further her nail career and informed her they'd be paying for her to sign up for credited courses for nails and nail art.

In emotional scenes, Natalie told the pair they had changed her life - as they went on to add they'd got her an opportunity to work with someone local to her, who had over 20 years experience.

It could lead to substantial paid work, they revealed, with an emotional Natalie replying: "This is gonna completely change my life. I'm more than grateful."

Rich House Poor House continues next Sunday at 9PM on Channel 5.
