We’re excited to announce our brand new app Football.NorthEast is available for North East fans to download in the app store.

Football.NorthEast brings all the latest football news from around the region to a single, streamlined app so you can access the best content from the area quickly and easily on your smartphone or tablet.

The slick new app provides takeover updates, interviews, transfer rumours, fan debates and writer opinion, plus live match coverage and reports direct from the pitch to your device.

The content is exclusively provided by the football writing teams at The Chronicle, Sunderland Live and Gazette Live. Some of the best football writing the region has to offer.

Football.NorthEast is fully customisable, you can tailor preferences to the football content you want to see, by the writers you love.

You can bookmark content to read later, and consume offline and sign up for newsletters, surveys and invite-only Q&As with top writers and ex-players.

There are already big plans for new features to be added, with exclusive content you won’t see anywhere else available very soon.
