Revolutionary Guards Members Killed in Northwest Iran Clash

Eleven members of Iran's Revolutionary Guards have been killed in clashes with gunmen along the border with the Iraqi Kurdistan region.

The clashes took place on Friday night in the village of Dari, in the Marivan district of Iran's northwestern Kurdistan region.

The semi-official Fars news agency reported that during the shootout with the Iranian border guards, several of the attackers were killed and others were injured but gave no further details.
