Revolut have said that they are aware of difficulties as viewers around the country try to donate to the Late Late Toy Show appeal.
Viewers grew frustrated as they tried to donate on the app.
Revolut apologised for the inconvenience caused to those trying to use the link.
They tweeted: "We're aware of an issue affecting some of the functionalities.
"Our engineers are on the case and we'll get it sorted as soon as we can.
"We're really sorry for the trouble."
People at home took to Twitter to highlight the technical difficulties.
One person said: "Not great for Revolut after a week spent promoting the #LateLateToyShow donation system."
Another person said: "Also: trying to donate through @RevolutApp and this is what I’m getting. #LateLateToyShow."
A third said: "Trying to donate to the #LateLateToyShow and @RevolutApp is typically not working.. Sort it out guys or the charity will lose out on millions."
