Revisiting what Chris Holtmann said after loss to Michigan State

Ohio State got flat out embarrassed in the second half in East Lansing. This after putting together an impressive first-half that had the Buckeyes holding the lead at halftime.

Instead of carrying momentum over to the next twenty minutes, Ohio State managed to score only thirteen lucky points in the second half, and look downright miserable and lost trying to do so.

Chris Holtmann met with the media in East Lansing after the loss and didn’t have much to say. What was clear though is that he appears to be a bit downtrodden and lost as to how to get this team back to where it can win enough games to get into the NCAA Tournament.

In case you missed his comments, here they are in their entirety thanks to a YouTube link from IMG.

In it, Holtmann praises Michigan State, talks about Ohio State’s issues scoring, and basically sums up most everything with they just have to get better and move forward.

Ohio State is next in action against Northwestern at home Wednesday. It’s pretty much a win it has to have.
