Revenue seized €5.54 million worth of drugs in a huge bust at Rosslare Europort.

Officers discovered 277kg of herbal cannabis on Saturday morning.

The drugs were found as part of a routine profiling operation when an unaccompanied trailer from Bilbao in Spain was selected for an examination.

After a search with the assistance of a mobile x-ray scanner, officers found the drugs concealed "within a load of melons and oranges".
