Revealed: Why PSG are wearing a white kit vs Liverpool tonight

Liverpool will wear their traditional red home shirt in tonight's away Champions League clash against PSG, as the French side debut a new white change strip.

Jurgen Klopp's side travel to the Parc des Princes for a crucial match in Group C, with both sides battling with Napoli for two qualifying spots.

Liverpool, naturally, wore their red kit in the reverse fixture - a 3-2 win at Anfield - but will be able to do so again as PSG launch the second of their dedicated European kits in collaboration with the Air Jordan brand.

The French outfit play in a dark blue shirt at home in domestic football, but have not used it at all in the Champions League this season, wearing a black Jordan shirt in all four of their games so far.

However, the Air Jordan strips are not specifically designated as either home or away shirts, and the new white number will be worn by Kylian Mbappe, Neymar & Co. in front of the Parisian crowd tonight.
